Request Bin Cleaning Service
How requesting service actually works
We will describe this plainly, because this site is a referral service and the process reflects that. You are not booking a time slot on a calendar here — you are submitting a request that gets qualified and handed to a vetted local bin cleaning operator, who then confirms your spot on their route. In practice that usually means you hear back within a business day, and cleaning happens on your next eligible collection day.
Step one: the intake conversation
Whether you call or use the form, an intake assistant (an AI — we disclose that up front rather than pretend it is a receptionist) gathers the details the operator needs to say yes quickly:
- How many carts, and which ones? Black garbage, green organics, blue recycling — most people do black and green.
- What frequency? One-time, monthly, or a seasonal package. Undecided is fine; the monthly vs. seasonal guide can help first.
- What address? This confirms you are on the route — see the service area.
- Which collection day? Carts are cleaned right after pickup, so your service day follows your town's schedule.
- Residential or commercial? Commercial and strata requests get routed with tote counts and site-access details.
The conversation takes two or three minutes. If your carts are in rough shape — never washed, or currently hosting maggots — say so, because first-visit deep cleans are scheduled with extra time.
Step two: the hand-off and confirmation
Your structured request goes to the local operator, who contacts you to confirm pricing and your first service date. Pricing is theirs to set; the typical Central Alberta range is $20–40 per cart per clean, laid out in the cost guide. If the operator cannot serve your address or is at route capacity, you will be told that honestly instead of left waiting.
Step three: service day
On the day, leave your carts at the curb after collection instead of wheeling them in. The operator washes them at the truck with hot water, deodorizes them, captures the wastewater, and leaves the carts at the curb, clean and closed. That is the whole job from your side: carts out, carts back, no smell.
Use the request form on this page to start, or call the number listed — either path reaches the same intake assistant, day or evening.
